The second-placed work at the public architectural competition in the municipality of Gradačac. The commercial catering above-ground part is placed on the semi-underground levels of the public garage. A new city open space was formed as a new center for the gathering of citizens along Linden avenue, the central pedestrian and vehicular communication in the city.
