The building with 8 apartments is located in a very attractive location on the island of Hvar, Croatia, which offers a beautiful view of the sea, and at the same time creates a feeling of complete intimacy and unity with the natural environment. The building is integrated into the context so that it adapts to the terrain, and with all its design elements it raises the quality of the locality. Communication between the apartments moves around the inner green courtyard – the atrium. Pedestrian communications are very clear, and the atrium and airspace provide another excellent creative component in which there is an open view of the blue sea or the green forests on the other side.
