S.A.K., is a project implemented in Germany, in the city of Stein am Kocher with 2,500 inhabitants, located in the Baden-Württemberg region. The location is in the very center of the town, at the intersection of two main roads, Lobenbacherstr. and Kurmainzstr. The boundaries of the plot form an irregular triangle, bordered by roads on two sides and a cemetery on the third. The orientation on the longer side is north-south. For the first time since the creation of this urban/rural community, a discourse was held on the topic of collective housing. On the one hand, the city administration and the investor maintained a positive attitude, each for their reasons, while local residents formed a slight resistance to the construction of a larger collective housing facility. Such a relationship of opposing opinions certainly affected the architectural design, which had to carry an additional dose of sensibility towards the environment. The plot area is 1747.0 m2, the total usable area is 3,488.5 m2, the total usable area of ​​the residential part is 2110.7 m2, and the number of residential units is 26. The project was made in cooperation with the construction company Neufeld Wohnbau GmbH, Oedheim, Germany.
