City Pulse is a unique residential complex with a high quality of life, gardens, fantastic views, a strong emphasis on energy efficiency based on renewable energy sources from the environment, reduced CO2 emissions with high indoor comfort in terms of hygienic and technical conditions, with all the necessary facilities.

The residential complex consists of several smaller volumes that slide in horizontal and vertical directions. By vertical shearing, the building adapts to the terrain conditions; the advantages of building on sloping ground are exploited to the maximum, and the entire construction process is rationalized.

The building consists of two underground, one basement, and 4 above-ground floors. Inside the complex, there are a total of 42 residential units, which vary from one-room to four-room apartments. There are 63 parking spaces on the two underground floors, as well as all the necessary services – bicycle storage, baby carriages, garbage disposal, boiler room and other technical rooms. The garage is specific for its natural ventilation system. In the basement floor, in addition to apartments with gardens, there are storage rooms for tenants, and a wellness and spa center that is used only by tenants. At the invitational competition, the solution was shortlisted for the prize.
