DEGMARNER 15-19 is a residential complex, built in Germany, in the city of Oedheim. Finding space for construction in urban areas is a big challenge, which results in an increasing need for interventions on very demanding sloping terrains. This terrain is a very steep slope, where the total height difference on the ground is 12.5 m. The idea of ​​approaching this task is with three separate units: two are with a flat roof, and one is a combination of sloping and flat roofs. There are two possible entrances to the plot: one from the lower side via the small street Auweg, and the other from the upper side via the street Degmarnerstrasse. This resulted in two car accesses to the garages, while pedestrian access is only via Degmarnerstrasse to the central outdoor space, accessed by three vertical staircases. The area of ​​the plot is 3210 m2, and the total number of apartments is 58, with 82 parking spaces and 3 additional outside. The total usable area is 6829.07 m2.
