A private swimming pool in Hotonj, a settlement near Sarajevo, was built as part of the exterior decoration of an existing house with a garden. This project is specific for its roof construction, which represents part of the geometric figure of a conoid. It is supported on one side by a monolithic flat reinforced concrete wall, and on the other side by an arch formed of lattices and supported by three columns. Columns act as vertical load-bearing elements, i.e. building components made of metal and laminated wood and shaped like spread fingers that hold the roof.
