The house is located in Sarajevo, on the slopes of the Kromolj hill, which is only a few minutes away by car from the center of Sarajevo. The project was conceived and executed with the following key words: modernity, timeless design, simple form with an accent (prominent part of the sloping roof), energy efficiency (total energy needs 40 kWh/m2/year, low CO2 emission, relying on renewable sources energy), the open relation of the interior space to the natural environment and open views.
