NUKLEUS, a hybrid in architecture, a functionally very complex task was this invitational architectural competition. As it is a very important location in the city of Sarajevo, which should accept and form a new city center, gathering space and become one of the benchmarks of the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The total area defined by the project program is 160,000.00 m2 and consists of a garage, a shopping center, a business tower, residential blocks and a hotel. The idea of ​​a complex architectural image arises from the historical analysis of the construction of the wider city area, the aspiration towards a complete aesthetic and functional transformation of the microlocation, and a clear message that the skin of the architecture points to its interior, thinking of its purpose. The international jury included the concept among the two best solutions.
