The OFFENAUER project is a collective housing project designed and implemented in the city of Bad Friedrichshall, Baden-Württemberg region, Federal Republic of Germany, which according to the 2010 census has 18,800 inhabitants. The location is near the Kocher River, and its longer side is oriented east-west. It is rectangular, with vehicular access from Offenauer Street on the west side, while on the east side there is a senior care faciliy from where pedestrian access is possible. The project features the interpolation of a residential building with a basement, a ground floor and two full floors. 26 residential units, 36 parking spaces in the garage area, along with accompanying facilities. Plot area is 1662.2 m2, total usable area of ​​the building 3304.4 m2, and the residential usable space is 1977.5 m2.
