A conceptual mixed-use high-rise in Dubai, composed of four vertically articulated towers that integrate protected green spaces, biophilic design, and low-energy strategies within a dense urban structure.
This conceptual high-rise project in Dubai is envisioned as a low-energy, green mixed-use tower, designed to respond to the extreme climatic conditions of the UAE through integrated environmental strategies and biophilic design principles.
The architectural concept is structured around four vertical segments rising from a shared podium. These segments are positioned to create protected horizontal and vertical green zones between them, forming shaded gardens that mitigate direct solar exposure and establish a cooler, controlled microclimate within the building mass.
The towers are enclosed by continuous glass façades on their outer edges, allowing the interior spaces to be mechanically and energetically regulated. In contrast, the inner zones are defined by planted terraces and vertical greenery, where vegetation improves air quality, reduces heat absorption, and introduces natural cooling effects.
At podium level, the project integrates commercial and public functions, activating the ground plane and connecting the development to the surrounding urban context. Elevated gardens and cascading terraces extend this public–private gradient vertically, reinforcing a strong relationship between architecture, nature, and human experience.
