A contemporary urban villa in Vienna, defined by precise material articulation, functional clarity, and a restrained architectural language suited to dense city conditions.

This urban villa is located within the dense residential fabric of Vienna, on Mellangasse, and is conceived as a clear architectural statement of contemporary urban living. The project seeks to combine a refined architectural expression with high functional performance, responding precisely to the constraints and opportunities of its inner-city context.

The design is based on a compact volumetric composition articulated through layered façades and carefully proportioned openings. Materialisation plays a central role in defining the building’s character, combining durability, precision, and visual restraint. The architectural language is contemporary, yet calibrated to integrate into the surrounding urban structure without visual dominance.

Interior spaces are organised to maximise spatial clarity, daylight penetration, and functional efficiency. Open-plan living areas, vertical connections, and carefully framed exterior views support a fluid relationship between interior and exterior, while ensuring privacy and comfort appropriate to an urban residential environment.

The project emphasises a balance between architectural expression and everyday usability, positioning the villa as a rational, high-quality residential solution within Vienna’s established city fabric.
