A modular tourist resort in Northern Cyprus that combines EOScale Harmony homes, shared amenities, and landscape-driven design to create a human-centred environment grounded in climate, nature, and community.

NEST represents the continuation of NOTA BENE’s collaboration with the newly established Slovenian project EOScale Modular Homes. Commissioned by the investor, the project envisions a distinctive tourist resort in Northern Cyprus, developed using EOScale Harmony modular houses as the primary residential units.
The resort concept is expanded through carefully designed shared amenities and a cohesive landscape strategy. Outdoor spaces are shaped with a strong emphasis on native vegetation, creating an environment that responds naturally to the local climate and terrain. Open swimming pools, shaded areas, and social spaces are integrated to encourage outdoor living, relaxation, and interaction among guests.
The architectural approach reflects our core philosophy: placing the relationship between space, people, and environment at the center of design. 
Modular architecture is used not as a limitation, but as a flexible framework that supports human comfort, spatial clarity, and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape. The result is a resort environment that feels both structured and organic, contemporary yet rooted in place.
