The Ogorjelica project is an apartment hotel located on the Olympic mountain Jahorina in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Conceived as a residential–commercial development, the project responds to the specific climatic, landscape, and touristic context of a high-altitude mountain environment.

The architectural concept balances private accommodation with shared amenities, creating a structure that supports both short-term stays and extended use. Residential units are complemented by common facilities and a restaurant, forming a compact yet functionally complete hospitality program designed to operate throughout the year.

The building is shaped to integrate into the mountain setting, prioritising clear internal organisation, efficient circulation, and spatial comfort. The design supports a strong connection between interior spaces and the surrounding natural landscape, reinforcing the experience of mountain living while maintaining operational efficiency appropriate for an apartment-hotel typology.
